What is FMS?

With athletes performing higher-level activities it is critical to ensure that fundamental movements are efficient. Inefficient movements allow individuals to train through poor movement patterns, around pre-existing problems; therefore building strength on top of dysfunction.

Functional Movement Screens truly make us stand apart from other area speed and agility programs. Day 1 all athletes will be put through a 7 point screen that will help us to identify any weakness or concerns that an individual may have. This will ensure that we can cater our programs to address these concerns and correct them allowing strength and speed to be built in conjunction with function.
